Mindful Stories Terms of Service

Welcome to Mindful Stories, created by Mixxsy Labs (a brand of Lisa Margle, sole proprietorship). These Terms of Service govern your use of the app. By using Mindful Stories, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the app, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Mindful Stories lets you record stories based on AI-voiced prompts, transcribe them via ElevenLabs, and save them privately or share them to an in-app “Community Circles” area. You can post anonymously or with a username and choose whether to attach your voice recording.

User Conduct

• You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive. We use basic filtering and moderation to remove inappropriate stories, but we cannot guarantee all bad content will be caught.
• Respect other users’ privacy and follow community guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All app content, including prompts and design, is owned by Mixxsy Labs. You retain ownership of your recorded stories but grant us a license to display them in the community area if shared.

Payments and Subscriptions

The app may offer in-app purchases (e.g., feature unlocks) as well as subscriptions. Prices are listed in the app, and all purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Apple (App Store) and Google (Android Play Store) take a percentage of all purchases that occur in their respective stores.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Mindful Stories is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee it will be error-free or that all inappropriate content will be moderated. Use it at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Mixxsy Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss or community interactions, to the extent allowed by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account and stories at any time via the app.

Changes to Terms

Updates will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
